One platform, five interfaces, one ledger.
WiiCash is a complete cashless operating system for events. Every interface is a web app or installable PWA on devices you already own, plus a native app for attendees.
A wallet that opens in seconds.
Attendees sign in with an emailed code, see the events tied to their tickets, enter an event and get a balance, a rotating QR and the vendor menus. Orders placed from the phone show their status until handed over.
Credits with the euro value always visible.
Each event sets its conversion rate (€1 = 1 credit, or €1 = 10 credits) and the label it prefers. The ledger stays in money; credits are the display. Promotional credits are spent first and never refunded as cash. Unused balance can be returned according to the event's policy.
Sell from the phone in your pocket.
Categories, big product buttons, quantity controls and one charge action. Three ways to identify the customer: scan their QR with the camera, type their wallet code, or show a QR they scan and approve on their own phone. Staff join a bar with a code; owners see sales by product and staff.
Cash in, credits out, drawer reconciled.
Cashiers open a shift with a float, identify the customer, enter the amount received and the method, review the credits the server calculated and confirm. Limits per top-up and per shift, manager-only reversals, digital receipts, and a closing count compared with the expected drawer.
Vendors, products, desks, staff, policies.
Create events, onboard vendors with their menus and staff, set accepted methods and limits, suspend a wallet, refund an order, approve a shift, draft vendor settlements and export CSVs. A live feed shows every sale as it happens.
For the operator running many organizers.
Create organizations and assign owners, suspend accounts, watch integration deliveries, reconciliation exceptions and drawer discrepancies across all organizations, and read a platform-wide audit log.
Figures that mean what they say.
Sales
Gross, refunds and net by event, vendor, product and hour. Live during the event.
Liabilities
Refundable balances and promo credits are shown as money owed to customers, separate from revenue and from cash declared at desks.
Reconciliation
Nightly and on-demand runs compare the ledger with orders, top-ups and shift counts, and list every discrepancy for review.
Connects to your ticketing.
A documented, versioned API and signed webhooks let a ticketing system push ticket entitlements, link customer accounts securely, grant perks as credits and read sales. Wii Event is the first integration; the contract is open to others.
Ticket entitlements
Ticket issued, refunded, transferred or revoked: pushed to WiiCash so the right events appear for the right people.
Account linking
One-time claim links bind a ticketing account to a WiiCash account. Nothing is linked from an email alone.
Perks as credits
Grant promotional credits from a ticket tier, idempotently.
Webhooks
Signed, retried notifications for paid orders, top-ups, refunds and returns.
