The whole journey, in five scenes.
Attendees load credits at the front desk, pay vendors with their phones, and organizers manage everything digitally, without dedicated cashless hardware.
Your event. Your wallet. Your phone.
Attendees open their event in the WiiCash app on their own smartphone. No wristband, no card, no dedicated device.

One offline moment, then one source of truth.
The attendee pays the organizer offline at the front desk. From that moment every movement of value is a server-authorized transaction on an immutable ledger.
- 01
Pay at the front desk
The attendee hands over €50 in cash (or another offline method the organizer accepts). The cashier records it on an ordinary tablet.
offline payment · declared by cashier - 02
Credits land on the wallet
The server posts the credit to an immutable ledger and the attendee's balance updates on their phone within seconds. Nothing is approved on the device.
online · server-authorized - 03
Buy from any vendor
The attendee shows their QR or orders from their phone. The bar charges from a smartphone; the server checks event, vendor, balance and limits, then debits exactly once.

Everything reconciles
Sales, refunds, declared cash, counted cash and wallet liabilities are separate figures in the ledger. The organizer sees them live and reconciles at close.

Offline describes how the attendee pays at the desk, not how the system works. Credits are never issued and purchases are never approved without the WiiCash server. If a device loses connectivity it simply cannot transact until it reconnects; nothing is queued or approved on the device.
- 01Install WiiCash or open the event link, sign in with an emailed code.
- 02If the event requires a ticket, link the ticketing account once; the event then appears in My Events.
- 03Show the wallet QR at the front desk and pay.
- 04Pay at bars by showing the QR, or order from the phone and collect at the counter.
- 05After the event, request a return of unused balance according to the policy.
- 01Open the front-desk POS on a tablet, join the desk with a code, open a shift with the float.
- 02Scan or search the customer.
- 03Enter the amount received and the method; the server shows the credits.
- 04Confirm. The customer's balance updates immediately; a receipt reference is issued.
- 05At close, count the drawer; the difference against the expected amount is recorded for a manager.
- 01Join the bar with a staff code on any phone.
- 02Tap products, adjust quantities.
- 03Charge: scan the wallet QR, type the code, or show a QR the customer approves.
- 04A green screen means the server debited the wallet exactly once. Red tells you why not.
- 05Phone orders arrive in a queue; mark them preparing, ready, handed over.
- 01Create the event, set the rate, methods, limits and refund policy.
- 02Onboard vendors, products, desks and staff.
- 03Go live two hours before doors; watch the live feed.
- 04Refund, suspend, grant promo credit, approve shifts.
- 05Close the event, process returns, run reconciliation, export, settle vendors.
